Where is Charlie & Co Customs located?

Visit us at 202 N Jefferson Street, Nashville, GA 31639. Our Visit Us page includes a map and directions to the boutique.

What are your store hours?

Tuesday–Friday: 10 a.m.–6 p.m.
Saturday: 10 a.m.–2 p.m.
Sunday and Monday: Closed.

Do you offer embroidery and personalized gifts?

Yes! We offer custom embroidery, monogramming, and personalized creations. Contact us to discuss your item, design, quantity, pricing, and preferred completion date.

How long do custom orders take?

Most embroidery items can be completed within approximately 48 hours. We agree on completion times individually for all custom orders, especially larger or complex projects. Shipping time is additional.

If you need something for a particular event, please confirm the timeline with us before ordering.

When will my in-stock order ship?

In-stock items can ship the same day when ordered before 3 p.m. Eastern during store hours. Orders received after the cutoff or while we’re closed are processed on our next open business day. Saturday hours end at 2 p.m.

Do you offer free shipping?

Yes! Free economy shipping is available, with estimated delivery within 3–5 business days after shipment. This estimate does not include custom-order preparation time, and delivery dates are not guaranteed.

Expedited shipping may be arranged for an additional charge. Contact us before ordering to confirm availability and pricing.

Can I return or exchange an item?

Eligible merchandise may be returned within 30 days of receipt. Items must be unworn or unused, with tags, in their original packaging, and accompanied by proof of purchase. Please contact us before sending anything back.

Custom work, special orders, personalized products, embroidery, monogramming, vinyl, seasonal and holiday items, gift cards, and sale or clearance items are excluded from regular returns.

If an item arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, contact us promptly so we can review the issue. Please see our Refund Policy for complete return and exchange details.
